MRP Campaigns
CacheClosed
The CacheClosed.com microsite pushes the creative envelope to make a point: the Web is a crowded place; if you want to make an impression you have to be bold.
The CacheClosed concept microsite used a number of creative video presentation techniques designed to make a memorable impression. Slipstreaming the iconic 1980s Max Headroom editing style, the CacheClosed project illustrates just how far you can push a talking head.
SEO vs Multimedia
The SEO vs Multimedia campaign uses the MAC vs PC presentation style to deliver a series of Web marketing solutions to common website marketing issues.
Today's website entrepreneur is obsessed with search engine optimization tricks. This campaign makes people aware of the importance of communicating with visitors once they land on your site. Website traffic is useless if it doesn't stay long enough to get your marketing message, or just as a bad, understand it.
The Lost Brad Tapes
The Lost Brad Tapes microsite and campaign was designed to present the "18 Web Marketing Secrets That Make A Difference."
In addition to serving as an example of how to uses a microsite to deliver a series of marketing messages, it also serves as an example of The 120 Second Solution. It also demonstrates how green screen video, voice-over, and onscreen actors can be used to deliver an informative, entertaining, and above all memorable experience.
Rock Star Challenge
Rock Star Challenge is a fun experience for anyone who thinks they know the music business. Its real purpose is to illustrate the power of voice-over and sound design.
In the world of marketing you need to be heard if you want people to pay attention to what you have to say, and to remember that it was your company that said it. Using an entertaining, 'You Don't Know Jack' style, combined with eye-catching color, in the context of an enjoyable trivia game makes for a clever marketing presentation.
Client Campaigns
Global Flight Center - Ad Campaign
This ad campaign shows how combining a talking-head style of video presentation with custom typographic motion animations and sound design can produce an effective series of video to help educate your clients and promote you brand.
CallLimiter - Video Microsite
CallLimiter is an application designed to limit monthly mobile phone expenses. And what better way to introduce a new product than to create a new product launch video microsite.
Our Aussie software developer client wanted a video microsite that explained the advantages of his new affordable phone application. We immediately understood that the way to do that was to relate the product to people's daily lives. We created a fictitious family with the usual family issues that relate to their mobile phone use obsession and the subsequent expense.
Date Who I Want - Video Microsite
How do you inform online dating site members on how to use a dating website to its best advantage. Create a goofy relationship guru of course.
The Date Whisperer is a relationship expert with all the right answers but all the wrong tactics. This entertaining video campaign gently tickles the funny bone while it delivers serious messages on how to find the love of your life online. If you want to be successful on the Web you have to offer something more than features and price, you have to offer an entertaining experience, and The Date Whisperer is definitely an entertaining and informative experience.
Voices.com - Video Ad Campaign
One of our clients operates a voice talent agency and they needed a video campaign that demonstrated the power and versatility of professional voice-over in a seemingly visual environment.
This Web video campaign illustrates how to develop a marketing campaign by starting at the end. To begin, we created a new tag line for the campaign, "Life Deserves A Soundtrack." Once we had the punch line everything else just fell into place. Using one of our most versatile voice-over actors we developed a series of scenarios using different voice-over deliveries and writing styles.
AfroRomance - Video Ad Campaign
When one of our clients wanted a series of videos promoting their interracial dating site we knew instinctively it wasn't about race, it was about relationships.
So how do you say something without saying it? Take a clever tag line that relates to the marketing niche, add a group of attractive talented interracial actors, throw-in a series of humorous on-point dating stories daters can relate to, and show the result. Bingo, you've got a great webmedia video campaign.
TerraTalk - Informative Videos
A new British VoIP service needed a series of videos for their website that explained their business opportunity and service options to a non-technical audience.
Selling a technical service to a non-technical audience can be tricky. By using a male and female actor it helped break-up the monotony of a substantially technical script. Not only did the alternating voices make the dialogue more digestible, it also related the message to both a male and female audience. The information was enhanced with cut-away images that provided some visual stimuli that broke-up the dialogue and created a more interesting visual presentation.
Tanks-A-Lot - Video Microsite
Show a problem. Provide a solution. It's a simple formula that makes for an engaging, informative, entertaining, and above all memorable video microsite for a clever new product.
Sometimes your customers have a problem without ever knowing it. In this case our Washington based client needed to show how her product solved a series of problems that clients maybe didn't realize they had.
Specialty Board Games - Commercial
Our client needed a dynamic animation that presented their line of games and showed off their new packaging designs.
Movement and music where used to create this short animation that conveyed the excitement of the companies new board game series.
ReliAble Living - Informative Videos
Our client wanted to reach an audience concerned with assisted living issues. The subject was serious and required a combination of Web video presentation techniques.
The initial Web video presented the problems associated with assisted living in a straightforward presentation shot on green-screen so we could illustrate each point with an appropriate background photograph. We also shot an interview with a non company expert who discussed the issues seniors and persons with disabilities face with regards to assisted living.
Caryl Baker Visage - Makeup Sampler
Caryl Baker Visage Cosmetics wanted a Web-based interactive presentation of products and colors so clients could mix and match a look that was suitable for them.
Caryl Baker Visage is a cosmetic franchisor with salons throughout central Canada. Their website includes substantial information on their company, locations, and their franchise opportunity. They also have a complete online e-commerce section. What they needed was a way clients could define their skin, hair, and eye color, and apply various shades of lipstick, eye shadow, and blush in order to get the look they wanted and the products they needed to achieve it.
